Russia Keeps Sending Units Of Putin’s National Guard To Donbas, – Intelligence

Russia strengthens the occupying troops in Donbas with the units of federal service troops of the so-called “National Guard”.

This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine’s Defence Ministry.

Yesterday, May 6, an unit from the 46th separate operative purpose brigade (Grozny, Chechnya) of the federal service troops of “National Guard” came to Alchevsk. Reportedly, formations are completed with the personnel according to the national principle – mostly Chechens. Major-General Dmytro Havrilov is brigade commander.

It was also learned that in the area of Dokuchaievsk, in the territory of the fire station, tank squadron (tanks T-80) of the 6-th separate tank brigade (Mulino) of the 1st Tank Army (Bakovka / Odintsovo) of RF AF Western military district (St. Petersburg). Battalion tactical group of the brigade is stationed near Amvrosiivka. Major-General Volodymyr Omelianovych is brigade commander.

As was previously reported, Russian occupation troops, including the so-called National Guard, recently created by Russian President Vladimir Putin, had suffered losses in Donbas.

It should be recalled that the Intelligence had established name of Russian Major involved in hostilities near Horlivka.
