This was discussed during a visit to Kyiv of Secretary General of the Permanent International Secretariat (PMS) of the BSEC Michael Hristidisa on April 13-15, reports Radio Liberty’s “Crimea.Realities” project.
Hristidis said that he stood on the position of respect for the territorial integrity of Ukraine and respect for its internationally recognized borders, considering Crimea as a part of Ukraine.
As known, Ukraine’s delegation has committed diplomatic demarche in connection with the Russia’s presidency within the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).
In the second half of 2016, Serbia will chair within the organization. In 2017 – Turkey and Ukraine.
It should be recalled that the Council of Europe urged Russia to allow international organizations to the annexed Crimea.
