This was stated by Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine Alexander Hug during a press conference in Odesa, Radio Liberty reports.
He emphasized that OSCE monitors only report the facts they gather, but do not make any conclusions themselves.
“Since the beginning, we have been mentioning different types of weapons in our reports. This is, in particular, electronic equipment, which intervenes functioning of our drones. Also, we have fixed presence of armored people wearing identification marks of Russian troops. We have received evidences from the captives, according to whom these were soldiers of Russian army,” said Mr. Hug.
