This was reported by Presidential press service on March 25.
The Head of State emphasized that it should be a Savchenko-Sentsov List and include persons involved in trumping up cases against Oleg Sentsov, Oleksandr Kolchenko, Stanislav Klykh, Mykola Karpiuk and other Ukrainians illegally imprisoned in Russia.
At the same time, the President noted: “This decision doesn’t stop our persistent work over immediate liberation of Nadiya Savchenko and other Ukrainian heroes”.
The President instructed to add people involved in torturing Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars in Crimea to the List. “We should coordinate this decision with our partners,” the Head of State said.
