This is reported by the publication “Crimea. Realities“, referring to the deputy chief of staff of the civil initiative on the Crimean blockade Izet Hdanov.

According to him, recently near the damaged transmission tower in Kherson region there were observed about a hundred participants of the blockade, including, local residents. Because of this, energy workers, according to safety rules, could not continue the repair work, since at the facility were strangers.
Hdanov said that by their decision on October 11, electricity workers switched off and disabled this transmission tower.
Hdanov noted that, apart from this line, three others continue to supply electricity to the territory of the Crimean Peninsula.
