Leaders Of Crimean Tatar People Prohibited Entry To Crimea

On 22 April, 2014, when crossing the administrative-territorial border with mainland Ukraine, Crimean “board guards” handed Dzhemilev “Act-notice on the prohibition of entry into the Russian Federation.” Entry was prohibited until 2019.

Similarly, the Chairman of Mejlis Refat Chubarov was forbidden to enter the territory of Crimea for five years.

The decree “banning entry to Russia” for five years was read to Chubarov by a self-proclaimed prosecutor of the Crimea Natalia Poklonskaya, on 3 July, on the administrative boundary between Crimea and Kherson region, which is Chonhar checkpoint.

Another one Crimean Tatar activist Abu Yusuf was firstly kidnapped and then expelled from Crimea on 31 March, 2014.
